Congratulations to Bette and Peter! Bette and Peter took first place in the John Weigel Memorial Golf Tournament on Sunday, August 12. John had organized this tournament for years, which is held as an annual benefit for St. Cyril's church, but he had never won it, as he wanted. Happily, this year, the Weigel name will finally be added to the trophy. We wish John could have been here for the win.
We lost two members of our family in quick succession recently: John Weigel in December 2000, and Jim Bairey in March 2001. We love and miss you both!
