This is Peter's brother, Pat, and his wife Kris. You might notice we have quite a few people named Pat and Chris in Peter's family... Pat and Kris, here, Peter's other brother Chris and his wife Pat, and Pat's sister Chris, who is the long-time partner of Peter's other brother, Jim.
